  1. After baking the pie crust as directed, fill the bottom of the pie with leek.
  2. Top with ham and cheese.
  3. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, mayonnaise, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour over leeks.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
