Original recipe yields 6 servings

  1. Warm up Cream of Mushroom Soup, Cream of Chicken Soup and yellow mustard in a medium sized pot on the stove, or in microwave.
  2. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on each flattened chicken breast.
  3. Place one slice of black forest ham and one slice of provolone or havarti on each flattened breast.
  4. Roll up breasts and secure with cooking string or toothpicks.
  5. Roll breasts in flour until coated.
  6. Heat oil in pan and fry breasts until browned all over.
  7. Place browned breasts in 9x13 dish and cover with warmed soup.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until warmed through
