  1. In a blender or food processor puree the stuffing to a fine crumb. In a medium size bowl mix together the soup, pepper and sour cream. Spray a baking dish with a non stick cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts and top each breast with a slice of cheese. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with stuffing. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
