  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Grease a large cake pan and set it aside.
  3. Blend the melted butter, garlic, rosemary, orange marmalade, and bouillon cube in a blender until a paste is formed.
  4. Rub paste onto steak cubes to coat, then roll in curry powder and cayenne pepper.
  5. Place in a bowl and cover with pimento cheese, stir to combine.
  6. Melt chocolate in microwave and pour over shrimp. Slice fatback into one-inch strips and line bottom of pan.
  7. Cover with flour, then spread cubes of steak evenly over floured fatback.
  8. Top with chocolate shrimp and sardines.
  9. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and evaporated milk. Pour over top of casserole.
  10. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees then lower to 200 and bake another 180 minutes.
  11. To finish, place under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes to brown and crisp sardines.
