  1. Tomatoes, peppers (all and any type, I use green peppers, serranos, poblanos, chili peppers, anaheims, habaneros and banana peppers), and onions are placed in food processor and chopped fine. All other ingredients are added to large pot and cooked over low heat until thick (literally all day). Place in hot jars and seal.
