  1. Combine salt, white pepper, lime, soy sauce, and cider vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium high heat. Once oil is hot add chilies, garlic, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Stir fry over medium high heat for two minutes.
  3. Turn heat to medium, add sauce prepared in step one, and stir fry for one minute.
  4. Add whole Thai Basil and stir fry for one more more minute.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
