  1. 1) Heat Olive Oil in a frying pan
  2. 2) Add in mustard seeds and let heat up until it starts popping
  3. 3) Add in potatoes and let fry for a 5 mins turning a couple times add in salt
  4. 4) add in chili powder, tumeric and green chili and cook for another few minutes
  5. 5) add in Water and cover and let cook until tender and water is absorbed.
