  1. In a small bowl,Mix Japanese mirin ,soy sauce,sugar, salt and water.
  2. Prepare a pan,put salad oil and pan-fried thigh by high flame until golden brown.
  3. Add to 1, put the lid on and tune the flame low medium about 5-7minuts.
  4. Take off the lid,and Continue about 3minutes.Be careful not to burn.
