Put the cabbage and carrots in your pan first, then add about 1/2 a cup of water an d some oil. Put a lid on it , and let it steam until the cabbage gets a little softer, then add the onions, celery, and peppers. Let it cook for a little while, and then add in the cauliflower and brocoli. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low and in a large frying pan, preferably non stick.
