  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
  2. Melt the cream cheese and mix throughly with the chicken and black beans.
  3. Soften tortillas in the microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel.
  4. Fill each tortilla with a couple tablespoons of chicken mixture. Roll and place in casserole dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over filled tortillas, making sure to completely cover the edges or they will become hard when baked.
  6. Cover with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-30 min. Let cool for a few minutes then serve with your choice of toppings.
