  1. Shred a large carrot. Dice or slice the cucumber and tomatoes and finely chop the onion. These ingredients can be prepared the night before and stored in the refrigerator, if for example you will use them for the kids' lunchboxes, it saves you time.
  2. Spread some extra-light salad cream on your bread. You can use any kind of bread you like. My personal favorite is multigrain roll. Fill with the vegetables and add feta cheese.
  3. You can also use other ingredients, but that all depends on your tastes. You can swap the feta cheese for tuna, prawns or smoked salmon if you like fish. You can also go for smoked ham, grilled chicken or turkey, it's all up to you.
