  1. Simmer Balsamic Vinegar in a saucepan over low heat until reduced by half, allow to cool and thicken
  2. Preheat the Broiler
  3. Place Nectarine halves cut side up on a baking sheet, top with cracked black pepper
  4. Place under the broiler for about 8-10 minutes, or until Nectarines begin to brown
  5. Just before removing, add Blue cheese crumbles on top of Nectarines, just long enough for the cheese to begin to melt
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with Balsamic Reduction, serve warm
