Armed Forces Yakisoba

"Yakisoba is one of my husband's favorite meals from his days of eating Army dinners. I finally figured out how to make it at home and it's also become a family favorite. This is a close copy of what they serve in the 'chow hall', scaled down from the ones that make 100+ servings (so definitely not the traditional Japanese dish, but still yummy!)"
