  1. Turn broiler on low.
  2. Wrap the scallops in the bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place scallops on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crispy. Turn once in the middle of cooking.
