  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan.
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients and set aside.
  3. Peel and pit the peaches, and puree them in a blender.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the honey, oil, eggs and peach puree. Stir in the flour mixture gradually, mixing just until incorporated.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
  6. Optional: serve with vanilla ice cream!
