  1. Melt butter in a pan and in it stir the flour. To this, add the milk, stirring constantly so it won't get lumpy. Beat the egg real light and stir in to this. Season to taste with salt and black and red pepper, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and green pepper chopped into very fine pieces. To this add crab meat or flakes, and when cooked right thick, dump into baking dish. Cover with a right thick layer of buttered bread crumbs and bake. 350 degrees until brown on top.
