  1. Cut tomato, carrot, onion and garlic into quarters.
  2. In a stock pot, add lentils, vegetables, Maggi chicken cube and 3 cups of water.
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes until all contents are soft. Remove from heat.
  4. When the mixutre is lukewarm, use a hand blender to puree until all contents are smooth.
  5. Mix well additional water, cumin, salt, black pepper and coriander.
  6. Reheat again and serve warm.
