  1. 1.Spray pan with Pam and turn on medium heat.
  2. 2.Add the cream cheese to pan, keep on for about a minute so it softens then add eggs.
  3. 3. Mix very well to incorporate the cream cheese and eggs well.
  4. 4. Add chives and black pepper, Salt isnt needed as the cream cheese is satly enough.
  5. 5. Turn heat down low and continue stirring until eggs are of desired consistency.
