  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut parchment to fit bottom of 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. place in pan and spray with vegetable oil spray. (Or generously grease bottom and sides of pan.)
  2. Combine chesse and sugar. Beat until smooth and light, about 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix well. Mix in butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in half and half, mix well.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add to wet mixture and gently fold together. Add black walnuts and stir only until mixture is barely combined.
  4. Spread batter into pan and bake 50-60 minutes,until toothick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes and then gently remove from pan. Let cool completely before serving.
