  1. In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, oil, sherry, sugar substitute, ginger, and garlic. Add the beef and toss to coat. Cover and refirgerate for up to 1 day, until ready to use.
  2. Drain the beef and reserve the marinade. Place the beef on a serving plate and toss with the pepper and green onions. Serve with the reserved marinade on the side.
