  1. Add yeast to warm water and let foam. Add warm milk, butter, sugar and egg and mix well. Add flour and kneed for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cover dough and let rise for about 1 hour.
  3. Roll out and cut into doughnuts.
  4. Let rise for another 30 minutes. While they're rising, heat oil on medium heat and make glaze. Test temperature with doughnut hole before frying a doughnut.
  5. Cook doughnuts for 1 - 2 minutes on each side and remove excess oil with paper towel.
  6. to make glaze, whisk ingredients together until smooth.
