  1. 1. Steam cook rice (I like to do this the night before).
  2. 2.In a wok or large skillet melt butter
  3. 3.Saute carrots, onions, and green onions until onions are translucent
  4. 4.In a medium skillet scramble eggs cutting them to pea size
  5. 5.Mix rice, scrambled eggs, and sesame seeds into sauteed onions, carrots, and green onions
  6. 6. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste
