1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter-up an 8"x8" square baking pan.
2. Put everything but the Chocolate Chips into a blender (or use a handheld blender and a bowl). You can even blend the walnuts with everything else for a great nutty flavor, or leave them out until the end if you prefer larger nut pieces) Blend well and watch it thicken up.
3. Pour into pan.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the sides come away from the pan. It rises pretty high, then goes back down.
