"This recipe is inspired by a Polynesian style supper club in Columbus, Ohio. The restaurant is long since gone, but their signature herb butter lives on! Delicious as a spread, and it's great on baked potatoes, veggies, steak and fish, too."

  1. Whip butter with lemon juice and garlic powder until smooth. Crush herbs very fine. Add to butter mixture. Chill overnight. May be frozen
