  1. To make the balls, form into sixteen balls, and for best results refrigerate on a plate ahead of time for flavors to meld.
  2. To make the sauce, add all ingredients to small pot, bring to a simmer, then pour over cooked balls.
  3. I cooked my meatballs in my convection toaster oven for 25 minutes or until browned at 375.
