"My neighbour used to make these for us kids who were picky eaters and I still love them. Quick and simple recipe for busy family nights or kids who like basically plain food. Goes with pretty well any side dish as well."
1. Heat medium frying pan on medium, brown pork chops until mostly cooked through. Once pork chops are almost completely cooked cover top side with brown sugar. Flip over and repeat. Let sugar begin to caramalize.
2. Serve each with some of the caramalized brown sugar left in pan. Serve hot with any side dish.
