  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl
  3. Add liquid ingredients and stir together
  4. Line muffin pan with muffin cups
  5. Fill each cup leaving some space at top
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  7. Let cool 30 minutes
  8. Optional- spread rest of blueberry preserves on top
  9. Needs no refrigeration if eaten within 5 days ;)
  10. Enjoy!
