  • Cook

  1. Using whatever seasoning, smoke the ribs for 2 hours.
  2. Ofter this, please combine ribs and sauce and wrap in tin foil
  3. Continue to smoke for an additional 3 hours.
  4. Unwrap the ribs, cover with finishing glaze and finish in the smoker for additional 30 minutes.
