  1. Cook pasta according to package directions with juice of one lemon squeezed into water.
  2. Drain pasta. Place in serving bowl.
  3. Zest two lemons and add to pasta. Squeeze juice from one lemon over pasta.
  4. Add spinach. (pasta should still be warm)
  5. Stir in entire jar of Lemon Artichoke pesto.
  6. Add 1/2 of Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour if serving cold.
  8. When ready to serve. Mix juice from remaining lemon and 1/2 toasted pine nuts into orzo.
  9. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and Pine Nuts on top.
