English Toasting Bread

  1. Place all ingredients (except cornmeal) in bread pan and select dough.
  2. When dough is done, remove to a greased bread pan and let rise until almost to the top of the pan, or place in a greased ziploc or plastic bread bag - making sure all surfaces of dough has been touched by the oil so to keep from drying out or sticking.
  3. If baking immediately, preheat oven to 375, and bake for 25 minutes. If browning too quickly, lower temp to 350. Internal temperature of done bread should be 190.
  4. If waiting to cook, remove from fridge and let rise in baking pan until it rise almost to top of pan, and bake as normal.
  5. Remove and let cool for an hour before serving.
