  1. Put everything except quinoa in slow cooker.
  2. After 2 hours on high or four hours on low, remove the chicken breasts and separate the meat from the bones. Loosely shred chicken meat with a fork and place back into slow cooker. Discard bones and skin.
  3. Cook another 2 hours on high or four on low.
  4. Add quinoa, cook another 30-90 minutes until quinoa is cooked but has a bit of bite left to it.
