  1. 1. In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter together. Mix in eggs.
  2. 2. Add the lemon juice to the bananas, then add them to the bowl with the sugar and butter. Add the milk and vanilla, beating until smooth.
  3. 3. In a smaller bowl mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together. In increments, add the flour mixture to the banana mixture. Mix and pour into loaf pan and top with crumble topping.
  4. 4. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour. Insert a toothpick…. It should come out clean.
  5. ***These are great as cupcakes which will usually bake for about 20 minutes. Watch them. You will know when their done.
  7. To make crumble topping mix together 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1/4 c. butter and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Mix with fork and sprinkle over muffins "before" baking.
