Spicy Grilled Brussel Sprouts

  1. Heat a grill to medium.
  2. Cut off the stem end and remove any yellow outer leaves.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the ingredients and toss to combine.
  5. Allow the sprouts to cool enough to be handled. Skewer 5 brussel sprouts onto each skewer with the stem ends facing the same direction. Leave about a 1/2-inch in between each sprout.
  6. Cover and grill for 5 minutes. Turn the skewers over and continue to grill for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the sprouts from the skewers and return them to the original mixing bowl to toss with any of the remaining marinade.

Totally delish. Even the boyfriend, who doesn't eat brussel sprouts, ate them and loved them. Definitely will make them again and again.
