Bake cookies, when done put them in fridge or freezer until nice and firm.
Make homemade whip cream icing. Start with cold bowl, add pint of heavy whipping cream. Beat cream until frothy( like whip cream), then add 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until frosting consistency.
Melt chocolate bark according to instructions. When completely melted, dip each cookie into the chocolate 1/3 way. (optional: sprinkle sprinkles) Place on wax paper to cool.
