  1. Pre-heat oven to 415° F. Mix together the cheeses, onion, and bacon. Fill mushroom caps with the mixture, mounding only slightly (otherwise the cheese will melt off the sides). Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops of the stuffed mushroom caps are a deep golden brown. Serve immediatley.
