  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 6 to 7 min or until crips and lightly browned. Meanwhile, cook rice.
  3. Add beans and seasonings to rice; mix lightly. Spoon onto tortillas. Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheese; sprinkle remaining on tostadas.
  4. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted; top with tomatoes, cilantro and reserved cheese.
