Dairy-Free Bacon and Veggie Strata

"I developed this easy dairy-free recipe for my sister, who is allergic to milk protein. Feel free to modify the recipe with any combination of meat and vegetables that you like, or omit the meat for a dairy-free vegetarian strata. It makes a great lunch with a simple salad of mixed greens."
