  1. pre-heat oven to 350
  2. lightly grease or line 24 muffin tins
  3. In a large bowl beat the eggs. Beat in sugar and applesauce. Add in cocoa, vanilla, zucchini and stir well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and garam masala. mix until moist.
  5. pour batter into tins 2/3 of the way full.
  6. bake 20-25 mins. let cool on a wire rack.
