  1. Drain the tuna well and empty into a bowl. Add the next six ingredients and mix well. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed. Refrigerate at least an hour. Add lime juice and stir right before serving. Use tortilla chips to scoop up the tuna and eat it like a dip
