  1. Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes. Reduce speed to medium. Add sugar, cream, vanilla and spices. Beat 5 minutes.
  2. Pour into chilled pastry. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F. Bake 40 - 50 minutes until set. (Cover edges with foil if it browns too much)
  3. Cool to room temperature. Chill 2 hours. Serve.
