  1. Combine the sausages and beef with lime juice and salt.
  2. Finely chop onions, peppers and add to the mix.
  3. Marinade for an hour.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the meat, stirring often to avoid clumps.
  6. Reduce heat if clumping occurs.
  7. Cook 5-8 minutes.
  8. Add the tomatoes and allow to simer. Add 1/4 cup of water if things begin to dry out.
