  1. Lay wrap on plate.
  2. Spread avocado with a fork down center of wrap.
  3. Cut strips of bell peppers (the more colours the better :)
  4. Add a couple slices of tomato.
  5. Rip up & add lots of cilantro/coriander.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil & lemon/lime juice.
  7. Add crushed garlic.
  8. Sprinkle cayenne, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste.
  9. Enjoy!
