  1. Cut the bacon into small dice or strips. Melt Butter in a frying pan, add the bacon and sauté until Golden Brown.
  2. Peel and cut onions into small dice, set aside.
  3. Shortly before the bacon is getting crispy, add the onions and cook until translucent. About 10 min.
  4. When sauce is ready, pour over the Lengenberg potatoes and test.
  5. Always test by tasting!
