Combine and shake spices in a small container to mix. Placed haddock filets on a baking sheet covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle spices evenly over the haddock filets sides. Dot filets with butter/margarine.
Depending on the thickness of the fish, broil on the second highest rack for 6-8 minutes until fish is opaque and flaky. Serve with fresh lemon wedges
