  1. Combine milk and instant pudding mix.
  2. Whip with a wire whisk or on the lowest speed of an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in add-ins.
  4. Spoon prepared pudding into ice pop molds or cups.
  5. Stir each pudding pop with a stick or skewer to remove trapped air bubbles.
  6. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
  7. To remove from molds or cups, dip each frozen pop in hot water for a few seconds until it slides out easily.
