  • Cook

  1. Heat a skillet over high heat and season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook 4 to 5 minutes for each side and then let the steak rest 5 minutes.
  3. Slice.
  4. While the steak is resting whisk together the lime zest and juice, the honey, ginger, soy sauce, oil and 1/4 tsp salt.
  5. Add the lettuce, mango, bell pepper, basil and scallions and toss.
  6. Add the sliced steak and combine.
