  1. Place berries in a food processor and blend until finely chopped but not pureed.
  2. Mix the ground beef, blueberries, flax, salt and pepper together.
  3. Form into 12 patties.
  4. Freeze until firm.
  5. Grill patties for approximately 3-5 minutes on each side depending on how you like your burgers cooked. The meat is lean and will cook quickly with no flare ups.
