  1. Cut Sour Dough into 10-12 pieces about 1 1/2 inches thick and grill until crisp.
  2. Tear or chop fresh basil into small pieces.
  3. In medium bowl combine 1/2 Cup olive oil, diced tomatos, diced mozzerella, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and basil. Stir and let rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Drizzle each toasted piece of sourdough with 1 tsp olive oil and top with tomato mixture. Lest rest for 5 minutes and serve.
