Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting


"It may sound like an odd combination, but this frosting is delicious! Although it's made with cream cheese, the flavor is essentially peanut butter. I made this for banana bread, which I used to put either peanut butter or cream cheese on. I figured why not try to mix them and see what happens?"

  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Add peanut butter and whip it together with a fork. Keep adding more peanut butter to taste. Add the creamer. Whip in the agave syrup until it's sweet enough for your liking.
  2. This recipe is very flexible. I used a rice-based non-dairy creamer, but you could use any cream or non-dairy creamer. You could also use just about any sweetener (for example powdered sugar, maple syrup, rice syrup, stevia, honey, etc..).
