  1. Dice onion, green pepper, and garlic, sauté in olive oil on low-med heat until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, heat water to boiling, stir in bouillon until dissolved. Add rice and cover until water is absorbed (5-9 minutes).
  3. Combine all ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
